Investment mutul fund is business entity which has a unique characteristic, especially contractual type of investment fund. Contractrual type of investment fund be born from a contract which is made by custodian bank and investment manajer. Trust is a product of equity which is a characteristic from common law system. Investment fund entity collects funds from investor and invest them into various portfolio effects at stock exchange. The result of capital gain may return to the investor through buyback a unit trust according to the net asset value.
