Agency is a business entity acting as intermediary between procedur and consumer, therefore the agency's main role is a representation of other party called as principle and acts or does something on behalf of the principle in which a legal consequence of the act becomes the principle's responsibility. In order to accomodate the development of agency especially in the era of globalisation, there is urgent to have na act of agency since a legal implication of business entity of the agency does not as simple thing. In fact, the prevailing regulation has no more space to accomodate various type of agency emerging at this moment.
