Legal liability of carrier services upon consumers may include few aspects such as, civil, criminal, administrative, corporation, aviation, and consumer protection. Legal connection between the carrier service and customer based on the agreement or contract have created the right and liability of the parties. According to the agreement or contract, the parties may be demanded their liabilities to pay compensation caused by misconduct and on the ground of general principles of agreement. Apart from them, the parties, may be demanded to pay compensation based on the action opposing law. However, on the contrary, civil law has its own instrument ot be used by the corporation to get rid of its liability on the ground of force majeour or exceptio non adempleti contractus.
