Isi artikelBudget participation can motive lower management to increase performance. The participation to createe full responsibility of lower management that its can effect lower management satisfaction. This research reexamines of Cummings and Dunham (1980) study. The object of this study in university lower management in Jakarta. The study examined about implementation of budget participation and the effect to satisfaction and performance with level of education and job experince as moderating variable.
