This global development is threat toward environmental health in Indonesia. the development as effort to change and progress of situation gave impact to the enviorenmental health, which influence of public health especially increasing of morbidity rate and mortality rate. the activities to anticipation impact of development for eliminate or decrease the impact of some development that can be given the good result, although more than not be finished yet. the approach to control the impact of development was a rational approach, without attention toward other factor as religious. we know that the philosophies for happiness, so that approach to control the impact of development is to combine of rationality and religious.
