Transiet neonatal hyperthyroidism is a rare case, the incidence is not more 2% of neonatal deliveried by the mother with grave's disease. this disorder can reduce in one to three months, however in some cases become to chronic progressive. the primary mechanism are the thyroid stimulating antibodies pass through the placenta barrier, and simulate the fetus's thyroid glands. in this cse, neonatal hyperthyroidism suspected when the result of clinical laboratory of thyroid function test, have a thrombocytopenia become from the antibodies-antigens complexes process, wherever this complexes will sensitisize increase of sequestration and dertruction of thrombocyte, finally will happen of hemostatis disorders. the suggest test are measurement of antimicrosomial antibodies (AMA) and antithyroroglobulin antibodies (ATA) to detect the congenital grave's disease.
