The molecular biology is a science that developed very fast. based on this science, some techniques of assays were invented such as hybridisation technique, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique with its several modification. some viral hepatitis should be diagnosed very soon and accurate, so that the therapy can be proceeded immediately and the prognosis of the patient could be improved significantly. subsequently, using the new developed method 'so called' representational differential analysis (RDA) new viral hepatitis can be identified such as TT virus (TTV), BGV-C/HGV, sen virus(SENV).
