Isi artikel
In the field of training, few processes have achieved the popularity of Donald Kirkpatrick's four level evaluation model. originally developed in the 1950s, this model clarifies the process of evaluation by creating four levels for the measurement of training program performance- level 1 : reaction; level 2 : learning; level 3 : behavior; and level 4 : results (Kirkpatrick 1994).
