Culture is a web of customs, rites, myths, festivals, symbols, languages, spiritual ecperiences, art, food, clothing, that refine and develop a way of human life within a context. It is in different cultures of people that the mission of God is carried out in an inevitable interaction. in the Old Testament, God's mission is embodied in jewish culture. In the new testament, the kingdom of god, the core of jesus's mission, was preached and realized by jesus in palestyine which was influenced by hellenistic and roman cultures. After the death and resurrection, as an intended act of God, the mission of Jesus began to spread to all nations through the communities of Christ's disciples. Mission, therefore, has ti be encountered and challenged by cultures if the seedes of faith are to be sown. on the part of the faithful, who receive the Good news, culture is their cradle, their home for human and christian life. Only within and through culture do they live their faith, achieve a full humanity and true religious identity..........
