Progressively expand the capital market hence analyze to many factors influencing price earnings ratio is necessary for investor before taking an investment decision. This research aims to find out the influence of current ratios, debt to equity ratios, dividend pay - out ratios to price earning ratios. This research examines financial statement of manufacturing industries listed at Jakarta Stock Exchange for period ended December 31, 2001 until December 31, 2002. Data was collected from Jakarta Stock Exchange and Indonesia Capital Market Directory 2004. In this research dependent variable is price earning ratios, while independent variables are current ratios, debt to equity ratios, and dividend pay - out ratios. To find out influence independent variable to dependent variable used SPSS. Validity test used in this research is classic assumption test method, autokorelation, multikolinearitas, and heteroskedastisitas tests. The sort of data used pooled data. I used multiple regression, hypothesis test are f - test and t - test for data analysis. The result of the research are in the year 2001 variable independent significant in influencing price earning ratios, but in the year 2002 only dividend pay - out ratios significant to price earning ratios.
