Nowadays, Computer products become a commodity and affects our way of life and the way we do business. Competitive price, service speed, and after sales service are part of quality dimension of the customer's requirement. This paper is about looking inside the business process of typical trading company of computer products and offer some alternative solution regarding the existence of the particular trading company through either BPR or Continuous Improvement in order to survive and fulfill the customer requirement. Both approaches of improvement will need Information Technology to ensure all information needed flows smoothly across functional border. Quality is the keyword and the aim of continuous improvement, and in big scenario the existence of the company would be the first priority and is behind the need of reengineering.
