Powder Metallurgy is an alternative method that is used for making mess product. This method usually use because this have productivity value and very good efficiency and less machinery process. In this research the writer is trying to use Zn and Al as alternative in product's making where the parameter process condition is sintering temperature. Sintering temperature that is used in this research are 300 C, 320 C, 340 C, 360 C, and 380 C, where the temperature differences is added 20 C in the process. From the sintering temperature variation can be seen that 380 C temperature is the optimum condition where the hardness optimum range in 81,6 HV, although in 320 C temperature is a less optimum condition because the hardness level is declining at 66,78 HV. In porosity test resulted that 380 C sintering temperature have porosity value that very from 3,8-6,4% and at 320 C temperature result quite high porosity percentage that is range from 6,8-14,2%. In the metallurgy process, Zn and Al powder can be predict that the micro structure have ZnAl2 phase, Zn phase, and Zn phase that have influence on mechanical quality.
