Indonesian Government has declared that all of Drugs Manufacture in Indonesia in they production must follow CPOB and Pharmacope standard in order to warranty the drug standard, such as process quality and the quality of the product itself. The purpose of this research is to give an alternative method of how to take samples for the quality control. The methods used are MIL STD 150 and MIL STD 414 for raw material, work in process and finish goods.The results of this research show the values of the sample size, acceptance and rejection level from the alternative method are better and does not deviate from the values approved by CPOB.
