Voice recognition is one of the many desires technology systems, because it is easy and simple method for accessing any electronic equipment. Voice dialing is based on this technology system, in which the caller dials just by speaks the name of someone called. The voice is processed using the Fast Fourier Transform method and then trained by Kohonen self-organizing networks. When the voice dialing run, the system will search the unit whose weight most similar with the input voice. The system will be automatically connecting the call. The results test show that the performance of the voice dialing system is good enough.
