As from the dawn of humanity, from the man apes, homo erectus, homo sapien, homo sapien sapien to moden human, human beings were curious and anxious to unravel the secret of the universe. Instinctively they wanted to defend themselves from natural and human destruction's which could lead extinction by means of learning, searching and researching the secret of nature in order to understand it. At the embryonic stahe of research, human beings sometimes turned away from their logic to supernatural power if they could not comprehent the [pwer of nature. The pressire of harsh nature which threatened of their survival, they established centers of learning and the modst prominent of these centers were located in India, China and Europe. The births of ancient research centers spread out quickly around the world. These traditions continued to modern time and they were organized in a more formalized manner such as research centers practiced today in universities in which researchers can be awarded with MAs and Ph. Ds upon the completions of their tasks. Thus scholars carry out their missions to and are responsible for maintaining and ensuring the order of the world, preserving natural resources while exploiting them minimally for the welfare of human beings.
