The comparison between the experimental result of the transition probability of internuclear state gamma ray and the theoretical predictions of the nuclear model (a model developed by S.G. Nilsson) is one of the most sensitive tools abailable to investigate the wave functions of nuclei. The comparison was used to investigate the transition from 7/27/2 [523] states to 7/27/2 [404] states and the inverse in Thulium isotopes and to examine the identification of the states in 163TM69 isotope, the existence of which was unreliable. The result of comparing the probability of gamma ray transition indicates that the identification of those states in 163TM69 is in general correct.
