There has been a growing concern over the quality of students graduated from our universities. Users of our graduates in the community complain that the universities have not been able to provide their students with "ready for use" knowledge and skills. This situation creates more unemployment those employed must go through job training before they can take up responsibilities on their own. Academic atmosphere not condusive to learning is usually blamed for this failure. Other factors Include technological development which is hard for university curriculla to catchup. One way to Improve the quality of our graduates is to train our students to be able to understand and accept new ideas and solve problems in varied situations effectively: By training the students to study more effectively we will be able to Improve their quality.
