There is a reciprocal relationship between labor ethos and law as well as national discipline in that approproate execution of law and national discipline reflects the correct existence of labor ethos. it is, therefore, imperative that we re-study the societal awareness of their rights since the lack of appreciation for these rights will be detrimental toward proper execution. Integrity is needed to oppose any type of irregularity.
