The purpose of this research is to know the relationship applied between technology with employee's performance so that the company can improve productivity by improving the employee's performance. The research also detects the influence of every variable in applying the information technology which are software, hardware, database and communication link on employee's performance that consists of three factors, those are motivatio, ability and opportunity, The conclusisons indicate that information technology application that consist of software, hardware, database and communication link influence the employee's performance, as much 23.9 % of motivation, ability and opportunity.
