Isi artikelWhen the company becomes bigger and bigger, information in the company is also expected. As the information is expanding, the company must maintain the information and compile it become knowledge. Although ABC company has already used LAN to connect user computers, giving the access to network resources, but the structure for the location of information is still undetectable and hard to find. Some of the problems in ABC Company are information loss, hard to find the correct information, and no document tracking system. The result of this research is the prototype of web - based knowledge management system using Microsoft Share point Portal Server to help the company to maintain the company knowledge.
