The research objective is to search some significant factors influencing software's user satisfaction. Significant factors tested are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, system speed, information content, accuracy, information format, and vendor support quality. Research done on X - One TSS (Trade and Settlement System) that was used for back office administration of a security company. Research also examined how the user satisfaction level of the software. The result show that users are not satisfied to the X - One TSS. Four significant factors influencing user's satisfaction are perceived usefulness, easing the use, accuracy and vendor support quality. Three other factors are not significantly influencing and needs more research.
