One of methods to make a good supply chain processor is by integrated component in the supply chain become one. the concept also known as Integrated Supply Chain System In this research, supply chain of milk product "Alam" is taken as a case study. Chain supply of milk product "Alam" involve three company, which are XYZ, ABC, and STU company. The problem is the lack of coordination in deciding the forecast of the needed milk product. The research proposed the use of XML / EDI (Extensible Markup Language / Electronic Data Interchange) to make an integrated chain supply concept. Hopefully, the loss because over inventory can be overcome and the three company can be better in working together.
