The research result is achieved after counting the reliability dependent variable. responsivenessm assurance, emphaty, and website physical facility with student satisfaction as independent variable. The result indicates that there are influences of website service quality from those five factors on students satisfaction is 55.7 %. It means that the five dependent variables is influencing the students satisfaction is 55.7 % and that there are other factors that influencing the student satisfaction outside the website sevice. In this research also found that there are several factors that need to increase to give more satisfaction to the students, the factor are reliability and website responsiveness.
