This research survey (22 household) was done in Kelurahan Gandaria Utara and expected to represent the heterogeneous on social strata and complex characteristic of Jakarta's communities. The findings of this study is no relationship between the organizational life and sociability life as social capital resources. The dynamics of organizational life depends heavily on the existence of individual and social actors. These actors play greater role in sociability life. The existing social capital sources are likely rely on social actors but unrelated to the organizational life between people. Moreover the social cohesion between neighbours tends to weaken the social control menchanism in the neighbourhood level. The significant relationship between length of stray of household and the social concerns between community members and the local organizational life can be found in the prediction of social capital models.
