The article tries to describe the profile and explain the social mobility of the members of the Reform Fraction. The findings show that majority of respondents have university education but strated with lower middle occupations. In addition, the majority of them have been involved in social and political organizations for more than 20 years. Based in the intergenerational mobility or their fathers' occupations the majority of respondents consider that they experienced upward social mobility from lower middle to uppermiddle strate. On the other hand, majority of respondents are still in the same class or upper middle strata compared to their previous occupations.
