The government, together with the people, have to reorganize the political infrastructure and actualize it to meet the demands and development of the life of the present day Indonesian people. The current political infrastructure has been set up to maintain national wide stability for the sake of national development. As stability has been achieved, it is time now to foster the growth of democracy to comply with the need of the nation in this era of globalization.
