Estimation of superconducting upper critical field of Bi2Sr2CaCuO8+d single crystals with different oxygencontents. Presented in this paper is the study on superconducting upper critical field Bc2 of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+D single crystals grown by means of the travelling solvent floating zone method. Determination of critical field values has been conducted according to magneto resistivity data measured accross the ab planes Pab (T,H), of samples which are under, optimally and over doped with oxygen with the respective Tc of 80.6 K, 93 K, and 76 K. This resulted in the upper critical field at 0 K, B c2 (0), for the corresponding samples of 4.01 T, 49.52T and 55.10T. It also implies that the increasing oxygen content leads ti the enhacement of pinning strength and / or lowering degree of anisotropy which induces further increasing upper critical fields.
