Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) system based pulsed magnet. Electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy in the milimeter to submilimeter wave region using high magnetic field has been proven to be powerful technique to investigate the magnetic characteristixs in field of material physics. Further development of the technique poses serious problems. one of some problems is difficulty in constructing the magnet in ESR system. Therefore, it has developed a pulse magnet, which generates a strong magnetic fields with intensity up to 35T. The magnetic pulse is produced by discharging a capacitor bank with stored energy of 30 kJ into the magnetic coil. The pulse has sinusoidal shape and duration 2.5 ms. The capabilities of the equipment are demonstrated with measurement of ESR spectra of MnO sample in the range temperatures between 77 and 300K. The Ne'el temperature (Tn) of MnO was determined from the analysis of the width of the spectral line. the Tn value is very close to one reported earlier. It showed that the ESR system can be used as an equipment to further study in the field of material physics.
