Studies of magnet magnetic sintered Nd-fe-B. Magnetic studies on isotropy magnets with composition of nd15Fe77B8 that were made by powder metallurgy route have been done. These magnetic samples were prepared by various milling time 5 sec, 10 sec, 60 sec, 300 sec, and 600 sec in inert condition and obtained mean grain size after heat threatment are 1.55 um, 1.48 um, 1.14 um, 0.93 um and 0.63 um which were measured by intercept method (Heyne). Bulks were prepared with diameter 10 mm, pressing 31.8 MPa. these bulks were sintered and anealed in vacuum in silica quartz with temperature 1080 and 600 Celcius degree for each 1 hour. Water quenching afetr sintering ahd formed magnetic main phase Nd12Fe14B accordung to -ray diffraction data identifiying and micro photos. ossibility of presence of other phase is like Nd-rich, B-rich (NdFe4B4) and Nd2O3 phase. Some oxide phase Nd2O3 can be ding in samples with longer milling time 300 and 600 sec, so magnetic properties meansurment use Vibratig Sample Magnetometer (VSM) for samples under studied, it is found that the maximum coercivity of 834 kA/m and remanence of 0.62 for isotropy magnetic sample with milling time for 60 sec.
