The effects of high-energy milling to the magnetic properties of barium hexaferrite materials (BaO.6Fe2O3). The research to magnetic properties powder materials barium hexaferrite from the effects high-energy milling process followed through annealing process on temperature 1000 Celcius Degree for 3 hours, the measurement was prepared on room temperature respectivel. The measurement results x-ray diffraction before and afetr 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 hours milling process due to the deformation of crystallite structure is shown by peaks descend more and width more with the magnetic properties is descend more. From milling process resulted the intrinsic coersivity 1.68 kOe before milling process and 1.13kOe after the milling process on 30 hours as well as the magnetization remanence 42. emu/gram before milling process an 8.16 emu/gram after milling process on 30 hour. However the result after milling process and followed the annealing process on temperature 1000 Celcius Degree for 3 hours shos has been recover and crystallite growth the experience deformation in the milling process effects, shown with more increased the intrinsic coersivity 2.09 kOe before milling process and 4.39 kOe after the milling process on 30 hours as well as the magnetization remanence after milling process up to 30 hours inclined as before milling process that is about 43 emu/gram.
