Spice is one agricultural product, which has hig economic value and contributes significant to national income of Indonesia. These plants have already been cultivated for many years and spread all over the country. This agricultural product is subsequently processed by food, pharmaceutical and restaurant industries. The increase of spice production rates is greatly influenced by natural disturbances such as drought, flooding and pests, which cause palnt destruction or reduction of plant product quality.
