Volatile oil is easily vaporized in room temperature without disversion. Volatile oil has a fragment odor similar to its plant source. There are many volatile oils formed from various parts of plants such as leaf, flower, stem or stem membrane, root and seed. There are many ways to process volatile oil from its plant source to produce good quality oil namely : 1) distillation, volatile solution extraction, solid fat extraction, pressing and carbon dioxide extraction.
