Entering the third millenium, there is great demand for transformation in education. This reformation includes character and method of schools, change from memorization to critical thinking and open dialogue to motvate student creativity. To create a conducive situation, it can only be achieved by promoting learning situations where the students could develop their own potential ability. These include student personal autonomy and high qualification through decreasing school uniformity and simplify education beaurocracy. To achieve this objective, education should conform to the situational needs of all aspects in societal life.
