This article discussed the role of culture in organization and demonstrated how culture is recognized and managed within the organization. Thus, every member, leader and follower must understand the cultural aspects of an organization. Member's presence outside the organization will reflect the behaviour, expression and attitude of the organization because they have really comprehended their organizational culture.
