The first principLe of leadership is relationship between leader and followers. An effective leader is not a person who is loved or admired. He / she has to be someone who can inspire their followers to do great things. The main challenge of leadership is to lead and manage effectively in line with the vision and mission of the organization, interaction of partnership between the institution and other sectors and an open declaration of organizational values. The future chalengge of the organization will require a leader to identify, promote, strengthen, and live as an example of their main value, and also to have critical ability and analytical skills.
