The 13,5 m3 fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) vertical tank (2,25 m by diameter and 3,92 m by height) produced by PT IP is an object studied. From the inspection of the FRP tank production processed, we knowed that there is a bad processed when maked the shell. Any way, from the inspection of visual defect of the tank we knowed that there are four defects, consist of wrinkless, resin pocket, foreign non metallic inclussion, and lack off fill out. The four defects are lied on 2nd level based on ASTM D 2563 same as the level of the tank.
