The phenomenon of reformation in Indonesia is caused by stagnancy of communication between the people and government. The new order government has always imposed pressure on the people's human rights as a consequence of this condition. Thus, the reformation movement spreacheaded by college students attempted toconvey this hidden aspiration of the people to the government, Finally, the people and the free press of this country initiated therise of a social movement for pollitical reformation.
