Immunologic infertility is signified by the presence of ASA (Anti Sperm Antibodies) which causes abnormality of sperm function and disturbance of fertilization. ASA can be found in the male and female reproductive tract. It is presently found in seminal plasma, sera, cervix mucous and uterine secretions. Compared to immuniglobins IgA and IgG, ASA has a more diagnostic value. Antiglobulin Reaction) and IB (Immuno Bead) tets. The treatment of immunologic infertility can be done by IUI (Intra Uterine Insemination), IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), GIFT (Gamet Intra Fallopian Transfer), ICSI (Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection), etc.
