The economic crisis in Indonesia has increased the demand for reformation of manpower and existing job market. In fact, educating manpower entering the job market as entrepreneurs could solve this problem, Therefore, there is a need to prepare them to become middle level specialized labor. This could be promoted by setting up Polytechnic centers or diploma programs that are relevant to the needs of the job market.
