The objective of teacher evaluation in the class is to evaluate teaching learning process. To carry out this evaluation appropriate procedures and techniques are required. Firstm the general teaching objective and learning in the class should be considered. Then, the more spesific objectives could be defined and evaluated. Several techniques to evaluate a teching objectives could be use used such as paper an pencil tests, performance assessment tests or portfolio projects. This paper provides guidelines on developing these tests.
