A university is an institution that produces human resources and develops science and technology for the state and nation. However, in the implementation of this task, the university has a complex management and organization system. The complexity of management is not only due to the size of the university and its departemental structures, but it also is closely related to the objectives of the university. The university also has difficulties in the management if its degree origrams, the opening of more specialist degreees has caused fragmentation of the sciences, In view of this situation, an integrated management designed to fulfill the needs of the university is pertinent for the future or higher education development.
