Success of the scientific community to self identity their place in society will greatly depend on their discipline of time and method of study. Furthermore, this activity will be achieved through close cooperation with their students. Human resource development evolves around the campus and is urgently needed in the future. Recently, the scientific community has concentrated on expantion of products in their respective fields. This means that the literate society has the change to be succesful in this field. Campus as a scientific institution is an arena whire this community can improve science and technology. Besides the execution of educational duties to develop young people's inttelectual capacitry in accordance to the principles stated in the introduction of the Indonesian constitution (UUD 1945),
