This paper has attempted to develop a model or matrix on origin and destination data. This model has been modified from the Convex Combination Method. The model consists of variables such as traffic volume and travel time on routes that connect places of origin and destination. A computer program is required to process data in the models. Next phase will be to choose which model fits reality the actual place of origin and destination. To determine its effectiveness, the model was tested on the Bekasi to Cawang corridor. After running the data in the computer program, the results showed that the deviations between model and reality was minimal. The deviations became smaller if incremental steps were applied in data processing of the model.
