Benjamin-Bona-Mahonny equation (Ut + Uux + Uxxt = 0) or better known as model equation of non lineat long wave phenomenon is an alternative model of KdV long wave equation which was very popular in the past. In this paper we discussed the existence of a problem Ut + Uux - Uxxt = 0 , x e R , t > 0 with initial at t = 0 which is 1- periodic and the boundary condition of u (x + 1 , t) for all x and t. We used the difference-difference method together with Arzela -A scoli theorem. This method has been applied to the KdV equation. Based on its application on the Benjamin-Bona-Mahonny equarion the solution was obtained.
