An attempt to understand the reality of power results in numerous approaches, concepts or analysis that reinforce the discourse and enriches contemporary political theory. The majority of analysis focuses of understanding the phenomenon of power at the superficial level of power hierarchy. However understanding the process of power change is not only limited to its management and control that has technical structural characteristics. In empirical reality it has been proven that the hegemonic power process as explained by post-structuralism critical analyticial discourse. Language construction in line with pollitical communication is an effective instrument in the formation and support of power relations in the pollitical language context, in reality contains various distortions that are subjective and irrational frequently are used by elite to reinforce their cultural hegemony and pollitical dominance.
