The future chalenges in globalization era will be stronger with competition high level. This effort must be supported by the use of sophisticated science and technology. Human resources have to be prepared in the future. Large numbers of human resources is often considered as the basic capital for national development, but their low quality changes that apital to be a burden to national development. The impact is not only having low ability to compete or follow rapid growth of science and technology, but also there is increased unemplyement which brings social crisis. One of the factors in human resources management is maintaining and increasing the quality of performance by training and education which must be the focus of every stakeholder, including the private sectors.
