Quality has become the potent role in the success of organizations with both national and international scales of markets. Therefore, the effective strategy focused on quality will penetrate a bigger scale of the organization markets. In connection qith such a ststement, this research attempts to evaluate total quality control of women-clothe productas at PT. Citra Serasi Bandung. this research is a case study with data colelcted by observations from 337 pieces of disable women dress from 10 day-production period prequality control program and 151 pieces of disabled women dress from 10day-production period postquality control program, With quality map, Pareto diagram, and fish bone diagram for data analysis purposes, it tries to find out problem, the root causes and problem solving, Based on such analysis, it can be concluded that PT. Citra Serasi Bandung decreased the production defect from 58.82% become 0.71%.
