From the debate arena of two views : "structure follows strategy" view versus "strategy follows structure" view, I attempt to involve in expoloring factors that may reconciliate the two relationship directions of strure and strategy. Yet, this is still a starting attemt utilizing the properties in the organizational theory that starts with structural contingency theory. The preliminary notion offers that the relationship direction of structure and strategy is reconciliated : by strategy tipes, professionalism level within units of organization, cultural types, and environmental stability level within units of organization, cultural types, and environmental stability level within units of organization, cultural types and environmental stability level. 'Structure follows strategy" view is supported by induced, bottom up strategy type, low proffesionalism level of organization type, culture-bound type of culture, and low level of environment stability, whereas "strategy follows structure: one, in the other side, is supported by autonomuous, top-down strategy type, high professionalism level of organization type, free-bound type of culture, and high level of environment stability.
