This objective of this study was to determine employee's motivation, capability, and opportunity as well as its impact on employee's productivity. This study used a survey method and data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics, The results showed that motivation, capability and opportunity had significant impact on employee's productivity. In addition the dominant factor that effect, employees productivity corresponded to motivation, capability, and opportunity. Partially, motivation and capability factors had significant impact on productivity while opportunity had no significant impact. in conclusion, organization needs to develop programs that enchances motivation and capability of its employee's to improve their productivity.
