Many studies done by indonesian researchers were not documented because reports were only disseminated to various places. The reports should have been documented in the library for use and access to the public. The aim of this study was to determine researcher's attitudes on documentation of reports and to determine location for disseminationof research information. Data was collected by filling out of questionnaires of 584 reasearchers through strattified random sampling and data were analyzed descriptively. The reasult showed that Indonesia researhcers focused on documenting their reports in libraries (documentation unit), 64% of respondent said that documentation function of libraries were good. The quotation of research reports were mostly done from domestic scientific journal (26%) and followed by foreign scientific journals (81%).
